February 7, 2012 - Button

My little guy struggles with buttoning his own shirt due to fine motor issues. Even though it is hard he still tries every time he puts on a button down shirt. :)

February 6, 2012 - Dinner

Our dinner tonight consisted of cracker coated pork chops, yellow squash with onions and garlic, and garlic mashed potatoes. I loved the pork chop but wasn't such a fan of the potatoes.

February 4, 2012 - Stranger

Today's February challenge was to take a photo of a stranger. I posted in my neighborhood forum but no one was able to meet up. We ended up at Fuji for lunch and since our chef was a stranger he fit the bill. He put on a pretty good show and we had a delicious meal! :)

February 3, 2012 - Hands

The top hands are the hands of the three loves of my life. Trying to get this photo was hard. Arms got tired, kids got cranky but in the end I think it turned out cute! :)

The bottom hands are the kids in my daughters class. They were more than happy to pose for a quick shot of their hands...anything to get away from the lunch room table and not get in trouble. ;)

February 2, 2012 - Words

Day 2 of the February Challenge focused on words. I thought  lot about what I would post today. I went to Ross and could have posted that, drove past road signs I see every day and read part of a novel. However, these two sets of words are part of my every day life. Cookbooks and the Bible. What better way to cover words in this challenge than sharing the ones that mean the most to me. :) I know my little Youversion Bible app is nontraditional but it fits in my pocket and I always have it with me!

February 1, 2012 - February Challenge and My View

June posted the photo above for a February challenge and I decided I would take it on. I am wondering if I can take a good picture of each area this month.

As for now here is my first photo. This was my view during homework time. My sweet boy was sound asleep on top of his worksheets. :) We had just been at the store so there are paper towels behind him and the bribes..I mean rewards for first time obedience in front of him. :)
